We are excited to announce the Public Beta Release 2/2, which includes several major improvements and new features. Here’s what’s new:
1. Improved Axon Library Structure
We’ve completely restructured the Axon library to enhance organization and usability. Key components now include:
Inputs: Seamless integration of data through APIs, file uploads, or external integrations.
Processors: Expanded processing options such as classification, comparison, decision trees, and data extraction.
Transformers: Tools for document generation, file merging, renaming, and additional transformation processes.
Outputs: Streamline the delivery of processed data to databases or other systems through integrations.
2. Uploader Axon Enhancement
Uploader functionality has been unified into a single Uploader in Axon, with the following capabilities:
Folder Upload: Upload entire directories with ease.
File Upload: Manage individual file uploads efficiently.
Data Masking: Ensure data privacy by masking sensitive information during uploads.
3. Introducing the Knowledge Base
We’re introducing a powerful Knowledge Base for more efficient document management and retrieval:
Automatic Data Storage: Automatically add processed files to the Knowledge Base.
Interactive Chat: Engage with document collections or individual files to get real-time insights.
Deep Search: Perform searches based on document content and metadata.
Contextual Information: Access detailed information for each document processed by Neurons.
Manual Document Addition: Add or update documents in the Knowledge Base manually.
System Prompt Configuration: Customize how the Knowledge Base behaves using system prompts.
Integration with Channels: Use the Knowledge Base through Slack and other integrations.
4. Multiple Model Support
You can now assign different models for specialized tasks:
Select models for data extraction.
Choose models for classification.
Mix and match models to build custom agents for specific use cases.
5. Data Security and Privacy
All models and data are hosted in the EU with full security compliance. No external parties, including OpenAI, Google, or Azure, have access to your data. Visit our Trust Centre at trust.913.ai and review our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Enhanced Comparison Functionality
The Comparison Processor now supports comparisons against a Golden Standard Template, allowing you to ensure consistency and precision when evaluating files.
7. Deprecation of Features
We’re phasing out some legacy features:
Pre-Trained Classifier: Replaced by the Classifier, where you can create custom labels and select the best model for your needs.
Pre-Trained Extractor: The Extractor is now optimized to provide better solutions for data extraction.
NeuroBot Axon: Replaced by the Knowledge Base—enabling chat capabilities with processed data and seamless Slack integration.

We’re excited to announce several significant updates and enhancements to our platform that improve file processing, expand capabilities within the Neuron Explorer, and introduce new features in the marketplace and sandbox environments.
This is the first Push of substantial Changes to the platform. We will update you about upcoming changes in the coming weeks.
Here’s what’s new:
1. File Processing Hub Enhancements
Increased File Processing Capacity: The file processing hub now supports the processing of over 100 files simultaneously, thanks to a dedicated service that significantly improves performance and scalability.
2. Neuron Explorer Updates
Pipeline Management: You can now delete, stop, resume, and sort pipelines directly within the Neuron Explorer, giving you more control and flexibility over your workflows.
Failed Files Management: A new "Failed Files" section has been introduced, allowing you to easily retry files that failed during processing.
UI & Performance Improvements: Various UI enhancements and performance optimizations have been implemented for a smoother user experience.
3. Marketplace
Pipeline Sharing: The Marketplace now allows you to create and share safe pipeline graphs with your team.
Public Templates: Two sections are available—Public Pipelines and Public Templates—where you can publish and edit templates, build neurons, and create sandbox agents for team-wide use.
4. Sandbox Environment
New Sandbox for Agent Testing: Test base agents, custom agents built from neurons or templates, and push your custom agents to the public for wider access. This environment fosters collaboration and innovation within your team.
5. Neuron Builder Additions
New Nodes:
File Renamer & File Merger: The new File Renamer node allows you to rename files based on specific criteria, while the File Merger node enables merging of files based on classification when used with a classification node.
SharePoint Connectors: We’ve added both input and output connectors for SharePoint, allowing you to import files into your pipeline and sort them post-classification directly within SharePoint.
6. Design & User Experience Improvements
Color-Coded Backgrounds and Design Updates: We’ve refreshed the design across various sections of the platform, including color-coded backgrounds, to enhance clarity and improve the overall user experience.
7. Public Sign-Ups and Simplified Billing
Public Sign-Ups: We now accept public sign-ups, making it easier for new users to join and get started.
Simplified Billing Process: The billing process has been streamlined for a more straightforward and user-friendly experience, reducing friction and improving overall satisfaction.
8. New Center: Trust Center, Help Center, and Feedback Center
